📋 Description

• Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries • Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases • Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate • Work closely with the legal team to provide a seamless client experience • Keep the reception area organized, professional, and inviting • Manage the firm’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram): create and post content, reply to messages, and engage with followers • Collaborate with the marketing team and/or attorney to develop and run paid ads or promotional campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfort with CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms • Experience with social media content creation and basic graphic/video tools (Canva, etc.) preferred • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • - Internet Connection: • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • - Primary Device: • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • - Backup Device: • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • - Peripherals and Workspace: • - A functioning webcam. • - A noise-canceling USB headset. • - A quiet, dedicated home office space. • - A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
