📋 Description

• Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries • Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases • Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system • Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate • Work closely with the legal team to provide a seamless client experience • Keep the reception area organized, professional, and inviting • Manage the firm’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram): create and post content, reply to messages, and engage with followers • Collaborate with the marketing team and/or attorney to develop and run paid ads or promotional campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or front desk roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfort with CRM systems, email, scheduling tools, and social media platforms • Experience with social media content creation and basic graphic/video tools (Canva, etc.) preferred • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • **Internet Connection:** • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • **Primary Device:** • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • **Backup Device:** • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • **Peripherals and Workspace:** • - A functioning **webcam**. • - A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • - A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
