📋 Description

• The Senior Marketing Manager at CrewBloom will be responsible for driving growth through innovative marketing strategies. • This role involves managing lead generation campaigns, expanding our online presence, and ensuring accurate performance tracking and reporting. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, capable of creating impactful initiatives to attract high-quality leads and support the company’s expansion. • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blog posts, articles, social media posts) that resonates with our target audience. • Channel Management: Oversee and optimize performance across various digital channels, including search engines, all social media platforms, and emails. • Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas. • Website Optimization: Continuously improve the company's website to enhance user experience, drive conversions, and improve search engine rankings. • Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns to attract qualified prospects and work closely with the sales teams to get the targets. • Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and build targeted contact lists. • Nurturing: Develop and execute effective lead nurturing programs to build relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. • Email Marketing: Create and send personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions. • LinkedIn Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and generate leads. • Organizational Efficiency: Implement efficient systems and processes to manage marketing activities and ensure seamless collaboration within the team. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in marketing databases and analytics tools. • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations. • Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights into marketing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM software, and data analysis tools e.g. G4, etc. • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices, expertise in managing social media campaigns, and ability to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.
