📋 Description

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure • Manage Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, Nutanix, SAN storage, and related enterprise technologies • Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, capacity management, and disaster recovery activities • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents • Lead infrastructure changes and provide technical guidance during critical issues • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support • Develop automation and infrastructure orchestration solutions • Create and maintain PowerShell or Python scripts • Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors • Ensure infrastructure solutions follow company standards, security requirements, and industry best practices • Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, testing procedures, and operational documentation • Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, automation, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or datacenter services • Fluent English with advanced verbal and written communication skills • Strong experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments • Advanced experience with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server • Strong Linux administration experience, preferably with SUSE, Red Hat, or RHEL • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Nutanix and Hyper-V • Experience with SAN storage and enterprise database environments • Experience with automation or orchestration tools such as Azure DevOps, Puppet, or Ansible • Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python • Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS • Experience supporting highly available and business-critical infrastructure • Availability to participate in an on-call support rotation • Preferred: Experience supporting SAP environments • Preferred: Certifications related to hybrid cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, Linux, Nutanix, or ITIL • Preferred: Experience working with global and multicultural technology teams • Preferred: Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience • Strong technical leadership • Advanced problem-solving skills • Clear and professional communication • Results-oriented mindset • Ability to manage complex technical priorities • Continuous improvement and innovation • Strong collaboration with stakeholders and vendors
