📋 Description

• Diseñar, implementar, configurar y mantener soluciones de Privileged Access Management (PAM) • Administrar y dar soporte a controles de acceso de cuentas privilegiadas • Realizar el onboarding de cuentas, administradores, equipos de soporte y cuentas de servicio • Configurar el monitoreo y la grabación de sesiones privilegiadas • Colaborar con equipos de infraestructura, servidores, aplicaciones y seguridad • Atender incidentes y realizar troubleshooting de conectividad, sesiones y componentes de CyberArk • Participar en iniciativas de gobernanza de accesos privilegiados, monitoreo, cumplimiento y certificación de accesos • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tecnologías PAM, riesgos emergentes y mejores prácticas de seguridad

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia especializada en CyberArk PAM, especialmente CyberArk Privileged Session Manager (PSM) • Conocimientos de CyberArk PSM, Vault, CPM, PVWA y EPM • Conocimientos de Windows Server y Active Directory • Conocimientos de protocolos de red • Experiencia en administración de endpoints • Conocimientos de autenticación empresarial y gestión de cuentas privilegiadas • Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos y realizar troubleshooting de conectividad, sesiones y componentes de CyberArk • Capacidad para trabajar con diferentes stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo equipos offshore y nearshore • Capacidad autónoma y proactiva
