📋 Description
• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones en Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integraciones) • Colaborar con Product Owners y Business Analysts para transformar requerimientos en soluciones escalables • Participar en procesos de CI/CD, control de versiones y prácticas ágiles • Mantener la seguridad, calidad y rendimiento del entorno Salesforce • Apoyar la mejora continua, documentación técnica y mentoría del equipo interno
🎯 Requirements
• Licenciatura o ingeniería en sistemas, informática o afín • 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software (mínimo 3 años en Salesforce) • Dominio de Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows y configuraciones avanzadas de Salesforce • Experiencia con GIT, CI/CD y metodologías ágiles • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2+) • Deseable: Certificaciones Salesforce (Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder, etc.) • Experiencia con nubes Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud) • Conocimientos de infraestructura en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP)
