📋 Description

• Assist with day-to-day social media execution and management including Edit and produce short-form and long-form marketing videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. • Work directly with the Creative Director to develop hooks, pacing, and story structures that maximize viewer retention and engagement. • Collaborate with in-house content creators to ensure videos align with brand voice, tone, and creative direction. • Create motion graphics and animations that bring energy, movement, and personality into every cut. • Add accurate English captions and on-screen text that improve accessibility and viewer engagement. • Use b-roll, sound design, music, transitions, and visual storytelling techniques to strengthen messaging and improve watch time. • Continuously test and refine editing styles, hooks, pacing, and creative approaches based on platform performance. • Maintain fast turnaround times while balancing a high volume of content production. • Organize project files and maintain consistency across deliverables and formats.

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio or proven track record editing short-form and long-form marketing content that has generated strong engagement across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. • Strong motion graphics and animation skills with the ability to create visually engaging assets for fast-paced digital content. • Strong understanding of narrative structure, pacing, hooks, and viewer psychology across both short-form and long-form content. • Experience using captions, b-roll, music, sound effects, and on-screen text to improve retention and storytelling. • Ability to work collaboratively within a larger creative or marketing team environment. • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight turnaround timelines. • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and implement creative feedback quickly. • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing projects independently in a remote work environment.
