📋 Description
• Design of static content (carousels, feed posts) based on provided copy and direction • Editing videos and reels from raw footage provided • Assembling stories according to script/direction • Scheduling and posting at optimal times across multiple profiles • Repurposing content for secondary channels (TikTok, YouTube Shorts) when needed • Organizing and tracking content in management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello)
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in design (Canva and/or other editing tools) and video editing • Proficiency in reel editing (cuts, captions, pacing, trends) • Organized and able to meet deadlines — operation involves multiple clients simultaneously • Attention to visual identity: maintain each brand's standards • Autonomous with strong communication skills (remote work), but preferably located in the Vale do Itajaí region • Advantage: experience managing social media for multiple profiles
