📋 Description

• Ensure financial health, accounting accuracy and predictability through robust controls • Manage daily financial operations: accounts payable/receivable, bank and payment gateway reconciliations, invoicing and contract control • Manage daily cash flow (D+1) and weekly/monthly projections • Expense reimbursements, advances and expense compliance • Monthly close (D+3 to D+5) and preparation of management P&L by cost center • Governance and compliance: cost-center classification, adherence to SOPs and LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) • Financial intelligence: budget vs. actual analysis (variance ≤ 5%), project-level margin analysis and reports for the executive team • Support pricing, contracts, commission structures and negotiations with banks/suppliers • Financial integrations and automations (CRM, ClickUp, spreadsheets, scripts, Zapier/Make)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field • 3+ years of finance experience (B2B services and/or events) • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) • Experience with NFS-e/NF-e and payment gateway reconciliations (e.g., Pagar.me, Mercado Pago) • Knowledge of taxes (ISS, PIS/COFINS, IR/CSLL) and management P&L • Experience with financial ERPs and CRM integrations • Executive writing and strong organizational skills • Nice-to-haves: Experience with Conta Azul, ClickUp, Power BI/Looker Studio • Financial automation (Apps Script, Zapier, Make) • Experience with commission models, recurring/subscription billing and event revenue splits
