📋 Description

• Design and manage community programs that drive user education, engagement, and ecosystem alignment — including (but not limited to) ambassador initiatives, online events, quests and mentorship tracks • Grow and support regional communities by working with local leads, translators, and KOLs to build trusted, localized experiences • Champion community feedback loops by surfacing insights and sentiment from users, and translating those into actionable product or marketing recommendations • Activate and nurture power users by identifying and empowering community leaders, creators and advocates to take on more visible roles • Collaborate cross-functionally with the ecosystem, developer relations, and marketing teams to align on goals and co-create community-facing campaigns • Ensure healthy and inclusive community spaces , with clear moderation practices, safety protocols and contributor recognition systems • Track and analyze key community metrics , generate reports, and iterate on community strategies based on impact and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in community management or similar roles within Web3 • Hands-on experience in using moderator tools across Discord, Telegram and ideally, Zealy or other similar questing platforms • Proven ability to design and execute contributor programs or ambassador tracks at scale • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including moderation tone and escalation protocols • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities • Deep understanding of crypto culture
