⢠We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our technical team in a dynamic Web3 blockchain company. ⢠Oversee the development and delivery of cutting-edge blockchain solutions, manage a team of talented engineers, and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ⢠8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry ⢠Proficiency in blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Solidity, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) is a big plus ⢠Strong understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, Node.js, and React ⢠Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, drive technical innovation, and deliver complex projects on schedule ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome technical challenges and optimize processes ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and project requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences ⢠Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication, knowledge sharing, and teamwork ⢠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, and to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
