• We are on the hunt for the ultimate degen Marketing Manager with a particular penchant for memecoins, NFTs or games to join our team. • This isn't your average marketing gig; this is the rollercoaster of crypto marketing, where volatility is the norm and the next big thing is always around the corner. • If you're ready to dive headfirst into marketing some of the most dynamic and unpredictable products in crypto, let's talk. • Strategic Planning: Craft go-to-market strategies for our product launches that are as bold and daring as our audience. • Think big, think disruptive, and channel your inner degen to drive awareness, adoption, and, ultimately, euphoria. • Campaign management: Collaborate with a band of cross-functional teams, ecosystem partners, and external vendors to unleash marketing campaigns that break the internet. • You'll be at the helm, steering content creation, digital marketing, and events that resonate with the soul of the crypto community. • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, developing best practices and cross-team sharing. • Community / KOL Engagement: Engage with our tribe of influencers, partners, and obsess about building a degen army who shills our products to everyone and anyone who would listen, fostering relationships that are built on mutual respect and a shared love for all things degen. • You'll gather feedback like it's rare NFTs, channeling insights back to the product team to steer the roadmap and spark campaigns that ignite our community. • Content creation: Identify our tribe across the vast expanse of the internet and tailor messages that speak to their degen hearts. • Whether it's through shill-worthy tweets, meme-laden blog posts, or hype videos, you'll be the voice that rallies the masses. • Market Intelligence : Keep your finger on the pulse of the crypto world, from the latest memecoin launches to seismic shifts in the landscape. • Use this treasure trove of information to identify opportunities for us to lead, innovate, and disrupt.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience in developing go-to-market plans and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in blockchain / crypto industry. • Bonus points if you've successfully marketed a memecoin • An in-depth understanding of degen trends, customer behavior, and why people FOMO into memecoins at 3 AM. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A results-driven mindset with a laser focus on achieving business objectives, all while maintaining a sense of humor and a capacity for fun. • Extra bonus points if you are so versed in the ways of Reddit that you dream in upvotes and have reached the mythical status of being recognized by username. • Your posts not only survive but thrive, weaving through subreddits like /r/cryptocurrency and /r/satoshistreetbets with the grace of a digital nomad. • Your comment history is a masterclass in engagement, and you know exactly when to drop a well-timed meme to rescue a thread from oblivion.
