📋 Description

• Engage with French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer inquiries professionally and with empathy. • Provide accurate information, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. • Maintain high-quality standards and meet performance goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Language skills: Native or C2 level of French + B1/B2 level of English. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Customer-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail. • Comfortable with remote collaboration and digital tools. • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
