âą Identify and develop brand cooperation opportunities within the Russian crypto landscape âą Build and implement strategic partnerships, maintain a pipeline of potential collaborators, and grow a strong local network âą Collaborate with the Brand team to craft and distribute PR releases, boosting local brand visibility âą Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities with cross-functional teams (Brand Communication, Brand Experience) to drive user growth âą Engage with influencers and thought leaders, inviting them to create user education content and participate in campaigns âą Leverage local holidays and trends to support user acquisition through creative, locally-relevant initiatives
đŻ Requirements
âą 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the Crypto/Web3 space âą A strong network and external resources in the crypto/marketing field âą Excellent communication skills and experience using marketing and analytics tools âą Strong writing ability, including press releases and social media content creation âą Sharp market awareness and the ability to act quickly on emerging trends âą Willingness to travel when needed
