• Fluency in German • Strong command of English, both written and spoken • A genuine passion for cars is a strong plus • At least 6 months of experience in customer support/customer care preferred • Excellent communication skills • Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership • Tech-savviness and the ability to learn quickly • Positive, service-oriented attitude
