• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, chat, and email • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding products and services • Assist customers with order management, troubleshooting, and general inquiries • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary • Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic communication style at all times • Ensure high-quality service delivery that meets performance and customer satisfaction targets
• Fluency in German • Good command of English (B2 or higher) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy • Ability to work in shifts (Monday-Sunday, 00:00-23:00 flexible schedule) • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory • Must be based in Greece with eligibility to work
