• Handle customer inquiries in Hebrew across phone, email, and chat • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and empathetic support • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases • Work in line with company procedures and service quality standards
• Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew • Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal) • Full-time availability • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail • Must already be based in Lithuania (remote work permitted)
