📋 Description

• Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs • Post vacancies on diverse international platforms • Headhunt potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks • Screen candidates who fit the required profile • Plan and execute preliminary interviews • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates • Follow up with candidates until they are hired for the client

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods • Familiarity with social media, job boards, resume databases, and professional networks • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods • Experience recruiting BPO profiles • Experience working as a freelance recruiter • Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience recruiting for the European market, mostly for the French market • Fluent in English
