📋 Description

• Host two recruitment sessions per day (group or one-on-one) via video conference • Present the company Esallia and convey a professional, clear, and motivating image • Clearly explain the position, work schedule, and employment terms • Answer candidates' questions during the session • Quickly assess profiles (students, recent graduates) to determine eligibility for the next step in the process • Focus exclusively on conducting the session, evaluating candidates, and updating the ATS (training provided)
