📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance to customers in Dutch and English • Handle inquiries through email, chat, and phone • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation • Deliver a professional and friendly service experience • Collaborate with internal departments when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch • Good command of English • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-oriented mindset • Ability to work rotational schedules including weekends • Eligible to relocate or already based in Greece
