📋 Description

• Establish an advisory firm grounded in core values for a positive client and people experience. • Provide tailored integrated solutions to clients, enhancing finance functions. • Lead teams and develop junior team members in a rapidly growing Private Equity sector. • Drive meaningful operational changes across private equity portfolios.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years’ experience in FP&A preferably in a Private Equity backed company. • Software / SaaS industry experience. • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships. • Experience conversing with Controller group and accounting team, including fluent knowledge of the main elements and drivers of revenue recognition, income statements, balance sheet and statement of cash flow. • Strong analytical and modeling skills with significant experience building complex financial models for analysis and forecasting, with ability to summarize key data into executive dashboards. • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of data analytics and related tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, SQL) a plus. • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues. • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. • CPA is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 40%; travel varies based on client preferences.
