• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Loan Processing Team • Answer questions and assist with daily needs • Oversee and delegate loans to the team • Communicate loan statuses to branches • Keep abreast of loan processing issues • Provide exceptional customer service to CrossCountry Mortgage branches • Oversee all aspects of the Corporate Loan Processing Team including pipeline management, employee development, coaching, training, quality control checks and performance management • Respond to loan level and system questions with accuracy • Assist with Underwriting and Closing escalations • Collaborate and manage business relationships with Branch Managers and Operations staff • Schedule and conduct weekly pipeline calls and one-on-one calls • Ensure accurate timekeeping for the team
• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience required • Prior Team Lead/Management experience required • Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and all mortgage and consumer lending regulations • Experience with Encompass • Excellent analytical, prioritization and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
