📋 Description

• Manage and optimize CrowdStrike's portfolio of collaboration platforms serving 12,000+ employees globally • Administer and secure enterprise tools including Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Box, Dropbox, Kaltura • Ensure platform reliability, security compliance, and integration with identity and security frameworks • Configure platform settings, policies, access controls, permissions, and sharing settings • Implement security controls, monitor security compliance, and support security incident response • Maintain user lifecycle management and automated provisioning • Maintain Okta integrations, configure SSO/SAML, and support API integrations • Resolve requests through the support queue and work on projects linked to CrowdStrike business initiatives • Collaborate with a globally distributed team and provide multi-platform support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS platform administration • 3+ years of enterprise collaboration tools • Strong security implementation background • Experience with identity integration • Track record of multi-platform support • Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Box, Dropbox, Kaltura • Experience with Okta integrations and automated provisioning • Experience configuring SSO/SAML across platforms • Experience with API integrations and REST APIs • Proficiency with PowerShell and/or Python • Identity Management and Security Controls experience • (Bonus) Project management certification, security certifications, identity platform experience, automation expertise, change management, cost optimization, training development skills
