📋 Description

• Manage and optimize CrowdStrike's portfolio of collaboration platforms serving 12,000+ employees globally • Administer and secure Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Box, Dropbox and Kaltura • Ensure platform reliability, security compliance, and seamless integration with identity and security frameworks • Configure platform settings and policies, implement security controls, and maintain user lifecycle management • Configure access controls and permissions, manage sharing settings and monitor security compliance • Support security incident response and resolve requests through the support queue • Maintain Okta integrations, implement automated provisioning and configure SSO across platforms • Support API integrations, manage platform connections and work on projects linked to business initiatives • Collaborate on a globally distributed team and provide platform support and training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SaaS platform administration • 3+ years of enterprise collaboration tools • Strong security implementation background • Experience with identity integration • Track record of multi-platform support • Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Box, Dropbox, Kaltura • SSO/SAML experience • Experience with REST APIs • PowerShell or Python scripting • Identity Management and Okta integration experience • Security controls and incident response experience • Bonus: project management certification, security certifications, automation, change management, cost optimization, training development skills
