• Work closely with internal resources, named distribution partners, and the channel community across the North Asia region to build & implement successful partner plan, delivering required pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota. • Identify new business opportunities while establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships up to executive levels within your assigned portfolio. • Establish and grow relationships within distribution partners key decision-makers, typically at the C-level. • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed business plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account within your assigned portfolio. • Act as CrowdStrike ambassador within specific distribution accounts. • Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor with our channel ecosystem + distribution partners. • Work in collaboration with internal and virtual teams to drive and close opportunities. • Partner with distribution partners to lead opportunities and accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes. • Be accountable for existing and the growth of new prospective Distribution & Channel partners that will allow better market and vertical sales/support coverage. • Drive product marketing and demand generation activities with partners to accompany CrowdStrike products/solutions on partners’ websites, seminars, and tradeshows.
• 15 + year of work experience IT Channel/ Sales role with 5-7 years of experience working with Technology Vendors in a Channel / Distribution led sales position across North Asia. • Ability to network multiple levels within an account up to C-Level • Experience in Cybersecurity is preferred. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Ability to create and deliver value propositions. • Ability to identify and influence critical decision-makers. • Ability to succeed in a quota-driven sales environment. • Proven sales track record • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities • Strong business acumen and professionalism. • Leadership accountability qualities are required. • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (desirable)
