📋 Description

• Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution • Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice. • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, gather project information, and provide project updates • Lead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and support teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication • Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with industry best practices, and that clients receive high-quality services • Conduct project post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve future project delivery • Standard project load encompasses 20-30 projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and based solely on U.S. soil. • 5+ years of experience in managing IT or SOC projects, specifically in the security domain. • Strong understanding of SIEM, EDR and Cloud solutions, including their architecture, functionality, and implementation • Proven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and Agile • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
