• Experience in cybersecurity services, including incident response management, customer success, and or advisory consulting • Proven track record of managing senior-level relationships in technical environments • Strong project coordination capabilities with emphasis on customer service • Excellence in both written and verbal communication • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong workload management skills - including balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Clear competency in managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously • An understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident response considerations
