📋 Description

• Facilitate, operationalize, and enrich SDR onboarding, ramp & readiness enrichment programs, and contribute to ongoing development and delivery of existing sales excellence internship enrichment curriculum and technical series • Cross-departmental collaboration to facilitate IT onboarding, HR onboarding & New Hire 2 Week onboarding • Deliver engaging and inclusive in-person and virtual content, freeing up front line manager bandwidth • Provide learning admin support, including intranet communications, and content repository site management • Provide coach-backs to SDR sellers to ensure an optimal ramping experience • Streamline & measure the success of enrichment offerings through collection of data via our feedback loop of excellence • Provide insight into your region’s unique enrichment needs based on feedback, data analysis, and interactions with new hires & sales development employees • Effectively communicate the "WHY" for enrichment programs and materials, and ensure sales development adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one-year experience in sales development or 2 years’ experience in sales enablement roles • Experience interpreting data to make informed recommendations • Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Experience in workflow/logistics management and detailed processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, PPoint/Slides are key tools for this role) • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
