📋 Description

• Lead delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements • Engage with technical, management, and executive-level individuals across diverse industry segments • Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively • Help organizations mature their security posture before incidents occur • Develop and facilitate cutting-edge scenarios to exercise customers’ response capabilities • Produce and ensure delivery of high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, observations, and recommendations to customer management • Identify and address emerging cybersecurity trends • Communicate government and private-sector perspectives • Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams • Contribute to methodology development and other back-office tasks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-10 years of experience in one or more of: IT / Security Management Consulting, Security Program Development, Security Analysis / Operations, Business Strategy / Risk Analysis, Cybersecurity Policy, or Public / Government Affairs • Experience with technical and operational cybersecurity, including applying controls, improving architectures, organizational alignment, and cyber policy review • Experience developing, managing, and implementing security programs • Experience with SOC, CSIRT, Fusion Center, or centralized security initiatives • Leadership or key delivery experience in organizational security teams such as SOCs or IR teams • Understanding of cybersecurity from a practitioner standpoint and ability to consolidate and communicate results to senior leaders • Familiarity with organizational risk frameworks and experience applying them to cyber risks • Experience developing cybersecurity policies, plans, and playbooks and transitioning them into practice • Significant experience helping government organizations or entities working closely with governments refine cybersecurity priorities • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members • Ability to complete complex strategic analysis and development tasks without supervision • Strong time management, including managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, often on less than three weeks’ notice • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • BA or BS degree in a listed field or related field, or relevant military/work experience and/or training in lieu of a degree
