📋 Description

• Support engagement leads with the day-to-day coordination of active projects • Help track project tasks, timelines, action items, and deliverables • Prepare and maintain clear, accurate project documentation, notes, and status updates • Communicate professionally with internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, fluent English • Assist in scheduling meetings, capturing follow-ups, and keeping stakeholders informed • Help ensure information flows smoothly between the engagement lead, internal team, and the client • Learn and apply Tricension's project processes, tools, and best practices over time • Proactively flag risks, blockers, or gaps to the engagement lead • Provide reliable behind-the-scenes support that keeps engagements running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (this is the top priority for the role) • Strong, professional communication manner suitable for client-facing interactions • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a structured way • A proactive, dependable, and coachable attitude with a genuine willingness to learn • Comfortable working fully remotely while staying responsive and accountable • Ability to overlap with US (Central Time) business hours for collaboration and meetings • Some exposure to project coordination, administration, or a client-support environment • Familiarity with common collaboration and project tools (e.g., scheduling, documentation, or task-tracking software) • Background working with or within SaaS, agency, SMB, or enterprise environments • Experience supporting US-based or international teams or clients • Interest in building a long-term career in project or account management
