📋 Description
• Act as facilitator and coach, enabling team self-organization and removing impediments. • Cultivate a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and accountability. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and handle strategic aspects such as capacity planning and budget tracking. • Identify and assess risks early, develop mitigation plans, and adjust sprint commitments. • Remove blockers, track and optimize impediment resolution timelines. • Protect sprint commitments and monitor burn rate for budget and schedule updates. • Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization, addressing dependencies with other Scrum Masters.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar. • 3–4 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. • Hands-on experience leading teams of 4–7 resources across full SDLC. • Strong expertise in Scrum facilitation, capacity planning, risk mitigation, and escalation. • Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence). • Exceptional facilitation, communication, problem-solving, and servant leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes through data.
