📋 Description
• Envision, design, and architect scalable Salesforce solutions • Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications • Guide and mentor development teams throughout implementations • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance • Lead technical design workshops • Oversee integrations, data modeling, migration, and architecture patterns • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience • Proven ability to lead technical design sessions • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization • Expertise in Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data modeling • Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL • Experience with Git and deployment tools (Gearset or Copado) • Certifications preferred: CTA, System Architect, App Architect, Integration Architect, Sharing & Visibility, Data Architect • Advanced English
