• Manage the financial operations related to healthcare benefit plans • Work with the third-party administrator (TPA) to automate tasks and increase efficiencies • Ensure accuracy while working closely with internal finance & accounting and account management teams • Facilitate claims processing, pay premiums, and reconcile bank statements • Produce standard monthly reporting and manage asset transfers as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field • 3+ years in treasury, corporate accounting / finance, or banking operations with strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles • Experience working in a third-party administrator (TPA) or third-party financial administrator setting is preferred • Proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel • Experience with VBA or other benefits administration software strongly preferred • Strong analytical skills and attention-to-detail • Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendor partners • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments
