📋 Description

• Responsible for contacting clients and completing life insurance applications over the phone • Manage the review of life insurance applications and additional supplemental forms for accuracy, content, and structure • Gather, coordinate, review, analyze, and organize information relating to the completion of life insurance applications. • Ask and answer questions related to the life insurance application process • Accurately mark the application for signature and submission • Complete all the appropriate supplemental application forms required. • Send the application to the client for signature. • Perform additional administrative functions as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Minimum 2+ years clerical and/or administrative experience • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. • Effective time management skills • Good typing skills (min 35 wpm) • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to work in a self-directed fashion. • Experience with Excel, DocuSign, Adobe, etc. • One year work experience in financial industry (preferred) • Experience within the life insurance industry (preferred)
