📋 Description

• Overseeing and driving the strategic vision and execution of the group fitness program. • Collaborating with leadership, operational peers, and Group Fitness Coordinators. • Developing and executing a comprehensive group fitness strategy. • Building scalable systems and processes for group fitness training excellence. • Serving as the leader of group fitness experience and innovation. • Conducting assessments of group fitness programming. • Overseeing the development and continuous improvement of group fitness programs. • Collaborating with marketing to promote group fitness programs. • Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics related to participation and satisfaction. • Developing and managing the group fitness budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred • 3-5 years in group fitness or related industry • Valid ACE, AFAA and NASM certification • Proven track record of developing and executing successful group fitness strategies in a multi-location environment • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels. • Proficiency in analyzing data to drive business decisions • Ability to travel frequently to support multiple locations • Strategic thinking and problem-solving • Passion for fitness and commitment to member experience • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
