📋 Description

• Create and maintain short and long-term data center project models, including functionalities of project finance and equity joint venture modeling. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to support financial decisions, from deal structuring, capital budgeting, liquidity planning to profitability analysis. • Partner with Finance and stakeholders across construction, data center operations & strategy, project controls, and accounting to create capital budgets for data center projects. Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring timely tracking, performance analysis, and communications. • Create and maintain the relevant models for debt and equity partners and support the due diligence process for transactions. • Create and support the broader Finance team in delivering monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates. • Support the strategic finance team with the creation of models, presentations, and diligence materials for fundraising events.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years of finance experience across real estate, industrial, energy, or infrastructure, with 2+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or private equity. • Bachelor's Degree is required. • Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and calculating return metrics such as IRR and MOIC. • Proven experience in supporting complex financial deals. • Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy. • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high-quality output under pressure. • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to excellence. High degree of professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
