📋 Description
• Own the core user experience for either drafting contracts or underwriting transactions on the Crux platform • Work directly with product management, customers, partners, and customer-facing teams to eliminate friction and continuously improve the process • Iterate quickly with stakeholders to improve features in market • Partner with engineering & product to drive implementation • Deeply understand customers and market and build features purpose-built for their needs • Leverage industry-leading data to guide UX decision-making and weave data throughout the product • Actively participate in company-building
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience in UX design • Experience in B2B software or complex industries • Experience building features that leverage LLMs • Startup experience, wearing multiple hats • Mission-oriented toward sustainable finance
