📋 Description
• Monitoring of exceptions of live shipments through Cryoport’s web portal and e-mail notifications • Escalating exceptions internally to Logistics Managers • Answering and routing client and carrier communications internally • External communications to carriers and clients throughout shipment • Following up with written and verbal communication • Managing inbound calls and redirecting to appropriate parties • Onboarding new client • Order entry and order approvals • Administrative tasks such as data entry required, but not limited to • A willingness to work after hours and/or weekend shifts if needed
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook • 2+ years of General Logistics management & Customer Service preferred
