📋 Description

• Create and maintain the team roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic priorities • Define features and write product specifications • Facilitate user studies and iterate based on feedback • Help write QA test plans • Manage the product backlog and ship products/features in a timely manner • Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and meet their needs • Prioritize initiatives and projects and weigh tradeoffs • Perform market research and analysis • Represent the team in cross-functional communications • Manage specific features within a product line • Drive product initiatives from inception through execution across Crypto.com's global footprint • Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members

🎯 Requirements

• Data-informed work style viewed through a compassionate lens of the user • Passion for building customer-facing products and experiences • Experience shipping and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results orientation • Ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification preferred • Humility in work and collaboration • Demonstrable use of AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, LibreChat, or equivalent) with human-in-the-loop practices — required, not optional
