📋 Description

• Review architectural drawings and submitted quotes to determine suitable installation options for glass, aluminum, and steel partition systems • Perform precise take-offs for door and partition openings based on architectural and shop drawings • Read and interpret door schedules and hardware sets to ensure accurate product selection and compatibility • Communicate with the sales team to clarify project scope, technical requirements, and deadlines • Request compliance and regulatory certification documentation as needed • Prepare detailed quotes defining included materials, scope of work, exclusions, assumptions, and conditions • Identify and correct technical errors made by sales managers and propose alternatives or solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering • Strong spatial thinking and technical problem-solving skills • Proven experience with quantity take-offs from construction and mechanical drawings • Confident reading and interpretation of civil and mechanical drawings, hardware sets, and layouts • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and basic formulas • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently • Comfortable working with scaled PDFs, such as in Adobe Acrobat • Fluent Russian • Upper-intermediate English (B2) with strong written and verbal communication skills • Availability to work full-time aligned with EST/New York time, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM • Technical degree or proven experience as an Engineer/Estimator
