🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or engineering experience • Minimum 3 years in a leadership or senior role • Experience working in international companies • Fluency in English (C1-C2), both written and spoken • Strategic planning and process optimization • Project management skills • Exceptional client communication and conflict resolution • Ability to lead and inspire a team
