📋 Description

• As the Director of Procurement, you will drive Crystora Dynamics' procurement strategy, overseeing logistics, planning, and purchasing processes to ensure top-notch efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Youll lead and inspire a team across purchasing, operations, and logistics, establishing streamlined policies and procedures aligned with our commitment to quality and innovation. • Your insights will directly influence our supply chain strategy, contributing to Crystora's vision of setting the standard in engineering excellence. • Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Market Insight: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and fair rates for goods, ensuring Crystora stays competitive and well-informed. • Develop & Implement Policies: Create and manage policies that ensure efficient, honest, and economical purchasing practices for Crystoras supply chain. • Purchase Order Approvals & Inventory Management: Oversee essential guidelines for purchase orders, budget for materials, monitor inventory levels, and continuously assess stock needs. • Supplier Management & Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers, analyzing bids, quotes, and establishing advantageous service agreements. Maintain supplier relationships to secure the best quality and prices. • Cost Optimization & Budget Management: Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement practices with company budgets, achieving cost savings without compromising quality. • Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Manage and mentor a remote team in purchasing, operations, and logistics. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality, ensuring adherence to company standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) are a plus. • Proven Experience: 5+ years in procurement management with experience overseeing remote teams, ideally in engineering or technical industries. • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, negotiate with stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships effectively. • Leadership Qualities: Strong management skills with an ability to inspire and direct teams to perform according to company standards. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to review, analyze, and improve procurement processes using data-driven insights. • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Proficient in balancing multiple projects and adapting to dynamic situations while maintaining high levels of organization.
