• Serve as the compensation subject matter expert for assigned global business units and for CALA countries including Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and others. • Contribute to global compensation initiatives and projects. • Participate in the design and maintenance of compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture in alignment with the company’s global frameworks and local market realities. • Partner with Talent Acquisition to build competitive and equitable offers in a fast-moving, technical hiring environment. • Support the global compensation cycle (merit, bonus, promotions), ensuring an efficient process and seamless experience for managers and employees. • Provide compensation modeling and guidance in high-inflation or volatile economies. • Assist in pay equity reviews and help implement transparency strategies in line with evolving global expectations and local regulations. • Educate and upskill HRBPs and business leaders on compensation principles, trends, and governance.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. • 5+ years of compensation experience, including at least 3 years supporting CALA countries in a tech or high-growth global environment. • Strong working knowledge of compensation practices and legal frameworks in CALA markets (e.g., statutory bonuses, allowances, salary caps, inflation indexing). • Highly collaborative and able to build trusted relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and with business leaders of various levels. • Advanced Excel skills; comfortable building and explaining detailed comp models. • Familiarity with compensation tools and survey platforms (e.g., Aon/Radford, Mercer/Comptryx, WTW). • Project management skills and the ability to balance competing and rapidly changing priorities. • Fluent in English.
