📋 Description

• Lead Architectural Discussions : Define and drive architectural decisions for telecom product development by collaborating with stakeholders to establish and document solution requirements. • End-to-End Solution Ownership : Architect, design, and document complex systems, ensuring seamless integration of CSG and third-party products. • Technical Vision : Define and communicate the overall technical vision and solutions architecture, aligning with business objectives. • Innovation and Research : Identify and drive innovation opportunities, researching emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities. • Architectural Alignment : Ensure architectural solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support the architecture team, fostering professional growth and collaboration. • Oversight and Guidance : Conduct architectural reviews, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality solution delivery. • Framework Development : Design frameworks, systems, and processes that establish compatibility across hardware and software platforms. • Problem-Solving : Identify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. • Strategic Contribution : Influence the development of future products by contributing to architectural frameworks used across multiple systems.
