âą The Lead Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements. âą Define functional specifications as well as supporting build & test and directly configuring the CSG CPQ and Order Management system. âą Dive deep into the world of telecommunications. âą Solve real-world business problems, considering technical, financial, and operational constraints. âą Take ownership of business analysis initiatives and ensure work packages are delivered on time, to expected quality standards and as per scope, as agreed with the Project Manager. âą Take end to end solution blueprints and configure solution workflows and catalogues that implement the design. âą Contribute to our methodology to help us do things faster and better. âą Be a mentor and lead a team of budding solution designers.
âą Hands on experience in coding. âą Technical background and have software configuration/development experience. âą 5-7 years as a business analyst along with telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain. âą Have strong communication and BA skills, in terms of requirement documentation and business process mapping. âą Experience working as a vendor. âą Hands-on experience with configuration driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.) âą English Proficiency in a business environment
