• Define and deliver the design vision for the Quote & Order (Q&O) platform. • Lead and mentor a distributed team of UI/UX Designers. • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma. • Stay hands-on: prototyping, research, A/B testing, usability validation. • Champion DesignOps, accessibility, and usability across the product lifecycle. • Collaborate with Product & Engineering, ensuring designs are delivered a release ahead. • Contribute to strategic design decisions for enterprise SaaS customers in telco and financial domains.
• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management or Banking and Financial Services strongly preferred). • Demonstrated ability to balance leadership with hands-on design (prototyping, user research, A/B testing, usability validation). • Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma or equivalent tools. • Strong knowledge of DesignOps frameworks and best practices in scaling design maturity. • Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design outcomes. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership. • Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones. • Strong portfolio showcasing both leadership impact and examples of hands-on design execution.
