📋 Description

• Architect and execute the company’s growth strategy through M&A and Corporate Initiatives • Manage the M&A cycle from thesis development to deal negotiation • Develop internal M&A execution team & best practices • Create formal business plans for major non-acquisition investments • Collaborate with senior leadership on transformation projects and operational excellence initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in M&A strategy and execution • Strong analytical skills in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities • Ability to manage the M&A cycle effectively • Experience in post-merger integration processes • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams
