📋 Description

• Responsible for high-level relationship management and service delivery for multiple products • Oversees and leads teams in delivering continuous and effective outsourced solutions • Serves as the primary management contact with responsibility for client satisfaction • Identifies areas for continuous improvement and implements changes • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels within the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent • 12+ years of client management, service delivery, or sales experience • 5+ years of leadership responsibility • Proven knowledge in client relationship management • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills • Strong financial industry and data processing knowledge
