📋 Description
• The Accounting Manager is responsible for the complete and accurate reporting of financials. • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and operational efficiency. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives. • Follow the direction of senior management and ensure that the team is properly staffed. • Hire, train, evaluate performance, and provide ongoing feedback to team members. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including review of both internal and external reporting. • Oversee billing processes to confirm accuracy and completeness of revenue. • Partner with internal and external audit teams as needed. • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6–8+ years of relevant accounting experience • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting • Experience managing or leading teams • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
