📋 Description
• Execute implementation projects including new conversions, cross-selling opportunities, and system enhancements • Configure item processing solutions, including POD+, Web RDC, and Smart Branch • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and system functionality • Support go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition for customers • Monitor project progress and communicate updates with internal stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, or implementation roles • Experience with item processing, branch capture, or remote deposit capture • Strong communication and customer-facing skills • Understanding of file movement, FTP, and secure transfer processes • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
